We put your business into orbit.
Orbit Group designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI systems for companies that refuse to stand still. Strategy that's honest, engineering that ships.
From the founder
We don't just ship agents. We teach the room.
We build AI agents and the data engineering behind them. Production systems, not demos. And every engagement ends the same way: the people in the room know how it works, not just that it works.
How we work
A tight orbit, from strategy to system.
We don't sell slide decks. Engineers first, consultants second: every engagement loops through three phases and ends with software in production, owned by your team and measured against the metrics that matter.
We map your workflows, find the low-hanging fruit, and pin down the outcomes you actually want, then scope the product against that outcome so what we build is aligned with the result you're after. No scope creep, no surprises.
We engineer the system: evals, guardrails, observability, and the boring reliability that production demands. Then we launch it live in your environment, integrated with your data and tools, with the keys handed to your team.
We stay in the loop with new features as you grow and fast help with any bugs, and we leave your people more capable than we found them, so AI becomes a muscle, not a dependency.
Our workshops
Real sessions, real systems, real people.
A workshop we hosted with Coldture: a full day of hands-on agent building, then cold plunges to close it out.

The testimonials
Live agent (illustrative)
Watch an agent work.
Pick a part of the business. See how an agent reasons in the place the work actually happens: a chat thread, your inbox, a team channel, a back-office system. These are scripted illustrations, not live models.
Current mandates
Systems in production.
Sales Rep Feedback Agent
A multi-agent system that scores every sales call from its transcript, texts reps instant feedback, and sends owners daily and weekly summaries.
Automated Social Media Posting
An end-to-end pipeline that ingests strong content ideas, drafts the posts, and publishes them across channels. No manual drafting.
Booking Management Agent
A booking-management agent that handles tickets, guest and host communication, calendar bookings, and owner reporting, all automatically.
Sales & Fulfillment Automation Agent
An agent that coordinates sales, ticketing, and shipping of high-ticket products end to end, reporting across both departments.
Sales Rep Feedback Agent
The problem
Sales coaching didn't scale. Managers couldn't listen to every call, so feedback was slow, inconsistent, and arrived long after the conversation that needed it, leaving reps to repeat the same mistakes.
What we built
A multi-agent pipeline reads each call transcript, scores the conversation against the team's sales criteria, and writes specific, actionable feedback, then texts it to the rep within minutes of hanging up. A companion reporting agent rolls results into daily and weekly summaries for owners and sales managers.

Automated Social Media Posting
The problem
Every social post was drafted by hand: a slow, repetitive task that ate hours and made a consistent posting cadence hard to keep up.
What we built
We automated the whole content pipeline: agents ingest strong content ideas, draft the posts, and publish them straight to each channel, turning a fully manual chore into a hands-off flow.

Booking Management Agent
The problem
Conflict tickets and booking requests were managed by hand: a constant manual juggle of guest messages, host coordination, and calendars.
What we built
An agent that fully automates ticketing, handles guest communication with the Airbnb host, manages calendar requests and future bookings, and drafts momentum summaries and reports for the owners, keeping every booking moving without manual chasing.

Sales & Fulfillment Automation Agent
The problem
Shipping high-ticket products from manufacturing to the customer involved a web of subtasks and constant hand-offs between teams: easy to drop, hard to track.
What we built
An agent that coordinates the full path from sale to delivery, reporting to both the sales and fulfillment departments and orchestrating the sales, ticketing, and shipping of each high-ticket product so nothing slips between teams.

Questions
Before liftoff.
What's the first step?
A short intro call, then the Audit: we map your workflows, find the highest-value automations, and hand you a scoped plan with a fixed price before anything gets built. You'll know exactly what we're building, why, and what it's worth to you.
How fast will we see something working?
Usually under three weeks to your first agents running live in your environment. Not a slide deck, not a demo: a real piece of the system your team can use and pressure-test.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
That's the point. Agents plug into the systems you already run: your inbox, your CRM, your team chat, your calendars, your back-office tools. No rip-and-replace, no new platform for your team to learn.
What does it cost?
Fixed-scope per phase. You know the cost of the Audit before we start and the cost of the build before we build. No open-ended hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
Who owns the system?
You do. Your deployment, your data, handed over in full with no black boxes and no lock-in. We build to hand over, not to keep you dependent on us.
What happens after launch?
Your agents ship with evals, guardrails, and 24/7 monitoring, and we stay in the loop: fast help when you need it, new features as you grow, and training so your people run the system themselves. AI becomes a muscle, not a dependency.
